Dr Sana precision comes from an unusual route into aesthetics. She graduated from King’s College London with distinction and honours, winning the University of London Gold Medal, and arrived at dentistry via chemistry and a distinction in quantum chemistry. She has since worked as a treating clinician on an international randomised controlled trial with Johns Hopkins University, assessing a new biostimulating filler over a full year of follow-up. The habit of judging a result at twelve months rather than at the appointment is one she brought with her.
She is also widely published on correcting other practitioners’ work, including filler migration, poor placement and perioral filler, in the Aesthetics Journal, JOAN and Clinical Dentistry. As co-founder of By Design Aesthetic Academy she teaches advanced injectable technique to other medical professionals. Spending that much time undoing overtreatment tends to make a clinician conservative about causing it. At her consultations, the assessment comes first, and so does the option of doing nothing.

We serve patients from London, Kent and the home counties as well as from all over the world. Our London clinic sits in the heart of Pall Mall. The clinic sits at the eastern end of Pall Mall, by Waterloo Place, between Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square.
Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines) is a five-minute walk via Lower Regent Street. Charing Cross (Bakerloo, Northern and National Rail) is seven minutes via Trafalgar Square, and Green Park (Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly lines) around ten minutes along Pall Mall. Buses stop on Pall Mall, Haymarket and around Trafalgar Square. If you are driving, Pall Mall is inside the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones and street parking is limited. The nearest car park is Q-Park Trafalgar Square on Spring Gardens, a few minutes on foot. Taxis can drop you directly outside. When you arrive, press the buzzer for The Medi Suites to be let in, then take the stairs down to the clinic on the lower ground floor.
