About Juvelook

Juvelook is a collagen-stimulating injectable that focuses on improving the skin’s own texture, firmness and thickness rather than adding obvious volume. Dr Ellie Sateei offers Juvelook at her London and Sevenoaks clinics for patients wanting a genuine improvement in skin quality alongside a subtle firming effect.

It sits between a skin booster and a traditional biostimulator, which makes it a useful option for patients who feel filler would be too much but want more than hydration alone.

What is Juvelook?

Juvelook is made from poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) microspheres suspended in a hyaluronic acid carrier. The hyaluronic acid provides immediate hydration and helps distribute the product evenly, while the PDLLA microspheres gradually stimulate the skin’s own fibroblasts to produce new collagen over the following months.

Because the microspheres are very fine and placed more superficially than a traditional biostimulator, the effect tends to read as improved skin quality, thickness and firmness rather than added contour.

What can Juvelook help with?

Juvelook is commonly used for fine lines, crepey or thinning skin, enlarged pores, and a general loss of firmness across the face, neck and décolletage. It is also used to support the appearance of shallow acne scarring and uneven texture where collagen remodelling is the goal.

Dr Sateei will assess your skin during consultation to determine whether Juvelook’s skin-quality-led approach suits your concerns, or whether a fuller biostimulator or filler would serve you better.

The Treatment Experience

Treatment is delivered through a series of fine injections spread evenly across the treatment area. Topical numbing can be used to improve comfort, and most patients describe mild discomfort during the procedure. Some swelling, small bumps or mild bruising is common for a few days.

A course of sessions, usually spaced around four weeks apart, is typically recommended. Improvements in texture and firmness build gradually over the following months as collagen production increases.

Why choose Dr Ellie Sateei?

Juvelook reflects Dr Sateei’s preference for treatments that improve the quality of the skin itself, and her more than twenty years in dermatology and aesthetics inform a careful judgement about depth, spacing and quantity. She will be honest with you about whether this is the right treatment for your skin.

Every course is tailored to your specific concerns following a thorough consultation, at both her London clinic near Harley Street and her Sevenoaks clinic in Kent.
