PRX-T33 is often described as a peel that does not peel. It uses trichloroacetic acid, which in a conventional peel causes the outer layer to shed, combined with hydrogen peroxide, which protects that outer layer from the damage that would normally cause shedding.
The result is that the acid stimulates regeneration in the deeper layers while the surface stays intact. You get a collagen and firmness response without the several days of flaking a TCA peel would normally involve.
