Treatment uses a defined technique of five injection points per side, chosen because they sit in areas where the product can spread safely and evenly. It is not injected along a line or into a fold.
Once dispersed, the hyaluronic acid holds water in the tissue, which improves hydration and plumpness relatively quickly. Over the following weeks it also supports fibroblast activity, encouraging the skin to produce its own collagen and elastin, which is where the firmness comes from and why it takes longer.
